Acid corrosion inhibitor

The acidizing corrosion inhibitors produced by our company are formulated from a blend of aldehyde-ketone amine condensates, pyridinium quaternary ammonium salts, and other synergists. These inhibitors firmly adsorb onto metal surfaces, forming a dense, multi-layered, mesh-like protective film that blocks contact between the acid solution and the metal surface, thereby slowing down metal corrosion. Depending on the application temperature, the product is available in three models: 90°C, 120°C, and 140°C. Customers can select the appropriate acidizing corrosion inhibitor model based on their operational requirements.

Directions for Use

1. Users should select the appropriate corrosion inhibitor model based on construction requirements.
2. The recommended concentration of acid-based corrosion inhibitor is 1% at 90°C, 2% at 120°C, and 3% at 140°C.

Packaging Specifications

Depending on customer requirements, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
