Neutralizing and corrosion inhibitor for refining and chemical applications

Corrosion-inhibiting and neutralizing agent for petroleum refining and oil gathering and transportation systems, this product provides both film-forming and neutralizing effects. It effectively inhibits corrosion caused by dispersed H₂S-HCl-CO₂-H₂O media and organic acids, and also prevents salt scale and fouling. This product significantly enhances the refinery’s ability to process high-sulfur, high-acid crude oil, effectively reduces the corrosion rate of equipment and pipelines, extends the service life of equipment, and ensures the long-term stable operation of the refinery, yielding significant economic and social benefits. 
This product forms a film rapidly; the resulting film is dense and robust, resistant to gas flow erosion, as evidenced by relatively stable iron ion levels during the process. It exhibits strong anti-emulsification properties—even at a concentration of 100 ppm, no emulsification occurs—ensuring rapid oil-water separation and oil-free water.

Directions for Use

1. Suitable for corrosion protection of equipment and pipelines in refineries, including initial distillation columns, top trays of atmospheric and vacuum distillation columns, distillate lines, and condensing coolers.
2. The product can be mixed with water and injected into the system via a metering pump.
3. In ammonia-injection processes, the dosage is 10–20 ppm, resulting in iron ion levels in the effluent below 3 ppm and a pH of 7–8.
4. In non-ammonia-injection processes, the dosage is 40–60 ppm, resulting in iron ion levels in the effluent below 3 ppm and a pH of 7–8.

Packaging Specifications

Depending on customer requirements, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
