Product Description
This product is a film-forming, oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor whose active ingredient is a lipophilic imidazoline amide. When used at the tops of various towers in refineries, it effectively inhibits corrosion in tower top condensation systems caused by various acidic media. It is suitable for corrosion protection of atmospheric and vacuum distillation towers, as well as the tops of process towers and pipeline equipment in light oil refining operations.

Directions for Use
1. The product can be diluted 5 to 20 times with light oil and added to the system. Depending on the crude oil conditions, add 100 to 150 ppm during the pre-filming or equipment maintenance phase; the pre-filming period should last 5 to 10 days. After pre-filming is complete, the dosage should be 20 to 60 ppm.
2. It forms a film rapidly and can quickly repair and restore any defects in the film, thereby preventing pitting corrosion in the equipment.
3. It is highly compatible with most oils, contains no heavy metals, and has no toxic side effects on catalysts.
Packaging Specifications
Depending on customer requirements, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
