This defoamer product is formulated from a blend of heterodimers, nonionic surfactants, and foam stabilizers. The molecules in the product can self-assemble into micelles with polar groups facing outward, repelling oily molecules; it is resistant to condensate oil and does not defoam upon contact with oil. When mixed with condensate oil to form foam, it utilizes the viscosity of the condensate oil to increase viscosity, effectively enhancing its liquid-carrying capacity; It produces a high foam volume, maintains foam stability for an extended period, and exhibits a long liquid-phase half-life; it can withstand mineralization levels of up to 200,000 mg/L; and it features a low oil-water interfacial tension.

Directions for Use
1. Generate foam using a foam generator and inject it into the formation, or alternately inject a foam agent solution and nitrogen into the formation to generate foam under formation conditions.
2. When the daily water production at the wellhead can be directly measured, calculate the chemical dosage by multiplying the daily water production by 0.2% to 0.5% to determine the chemical concentration.
3. If the well’s daily water production cannot be directly measured, the daily water production can be calculated by multiplying the daily gas production by 0.0001.
Packaging Specifications
