Product Description
The foaming and viscosity-reducing agent FCS-HHS is a long-chain twin-molecule composite surfactant suitable for reservoirs with high mineralization (218,000 mineralization units or higher). The product is primarily used for enhancing nitrogen foam energy and profile control, among other applications. It is employed to improve the injection profile, seal large flow channels, temporarily block bypass flows with foam, expand the swept volume, reduce residual crude oil saturation, and improve oil recovery efficiency.
The product is particularly suitable for reservoirs with high-viscosity heavy crude, strong formation heterogeneity and insufficient energy, formations containing flow channels, low-water-cut heavy crude reservoirs, and reservoirs with bottom water.
Product Features
1. A long-chain zwitterionic surfactant that is readily biodegradable, mild in nature, and has good compatibility.
2. Highly salt-tolerant, suitable for use in reservoirs with high mineralization (218,000 mineralization units or higher).
3. Improves the injection profile, seals large channels, temporarily blocks flow through foaming, expands the swept volume, reduces residual crude oil saturation, and improves oil recovery efficiency.
4. It has a temperature resistance of at least 130°C.
Application
This product is particularly suitable for profile adjustment and water blocking in heavy oil reservoirs characterized by high viscosity, strong formation heterogeneity, and insufficient energy; reservoirs containing flow pathways; low-water-content heavy oil reservoirs; and reservoirs with water at the top or bottom of the reservoir.

Directions for Use
1. The recommended concentration for field use is 0.5%–1.0%. Inject it into the formation alternately with gas, and design the injection rates for the foaming viscosity reducer and nitrogen based on reservoir conditions.
2. The product has been used in over 300 wells across multiple oilfields in western China.
Packaging Specifications
