Product Description


Nano-oil-displacers formed through surface modification of nanomaterials can form nanoparticles via molecular self-assembly. which are small in size (<100 nm) and can efficiently penetrate deep into the micro- and nano-pores of low-permeability reservoirs, such as tight oil and shale oil reservoirs. They effectively strip the oil-water interfacial film, reverse the wetting behavior on the rock surface, cause oil droplets to become thinner and longer within the micro-pores, and induce their spontaneous migration out of the pores, thereby improving reservoir recovery efficiency. 
The product is suitable for applications such as pressure-reduction injection, cyclic injection and production, and pressure flooding.

2. They form a tightly adsorbed film at the oil-water interface, where the interfacial tension can reach 10⁻² to 10⁻³ mN/m. 
3. Due to their small size (<100 nm), they can efficiently penetrate deep into the micro- and nanoscale pores of low-permeability reservoirs, such as tight oil and shale oil reservoirs. 
4. They efficiently strip the film from the oil-water interface, achieving wetting reversal on the rock surface.

Directions for Use

1. Nano-oil displacement agents are more effective at flushing out oil than surfactant-based oil displacement agents.
2. They are better suited for unconventional reservoirs with low porosity and low permeability (permeability below 10 mD).
3. Reservoirs with relatively low crude oil viscosity are preferred.
4. Low-production, low-fluid wells with low water cut and good initial production performance are preferred.
