Product Description
Ultra-low interfacial tension oil displacement agentreducer is composed of high-carbon-chain anionic nonionic surfactants. These products feature a low critical micelle concentration, low oil-water interfacial tension (on the order of 10⁻³ mN/m), low dosage requirements, and high resistance to mineralization. They act to wet, strip, and alter the deformation of crude oil, effectively displacing residual oil from rock formations to improve oil recovery.
It is suitable for applications such as ternary composite flooding, water flooding, pressure flooding, and steam flooding.
Product Features
1. Easily biodegradable, mild in nature, and compatible with other substances.
2. Forms a tight adsorbed film at the oil-water interface, reducing the interfacial tension to as low as 10–3 mN/m.
3. Can be used alone or in combination with chemicals such as polyacrylamide and alkalis.
4. It accelerates the desorption of crude oil from rock and effectively disperses it, driving out residual oil, improving oil washing efficiency, and thereby increasing recovery rates.

Directions for Use
1. The formulation of this oil displacement agent can be adjusted based on oil and water samples from the target block to achieve an interfacial tension in the range of 10–3 mN/m.
2. Prepare a 0.3–1.0% aqueous solution using reinjection water from the target block and inject it directly into the formation.
Packaging Specifications
Depending on customer requirements, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
