This product consists primarily of a variety of composite surfactants, which effectively promote the migration of methane gas within subsurface pores; second, it reduces the surface tension of methane gas and formation fluids, effectively preventing the adsorption of methane in microscopic pores; third, it effectively alters the wettability of the formation rock and soil surfaces, forming a continuous liquid film of adsorbed water molecules on the surface of the coal matrix, resulting in a water-wetted state; Fourth, it reduces the adsorption of methane gas, lowers the stress on it within microscopic capillaries, and minimizes the confinement of methane gas, allowing it to diffuse freely.

Directions for Use
During operations, coalbed methane desorbents are added to the drilling fluid at a concentration of 0.5% to 2%, in combination with clay stabilizers.
