Composite depolymerizing agent

The composite depolymerization agent consists of Component A and Component B. Through their combined action, a slow oxidation reaction generates hydroxyl radicals, which react with the polymer’s carbon chains to break C-C and C-N bonds, degrading the polymer into oligomers and ultimately into soluble small molecules that are then discharged. This product is non-flammable and does not promote combustion, ensuring a high level of safety during application. 
This product can be used to treat polymers that cause blockages in oil reservoirs and pipelines, such as polyacrylamide solutions, organic chromium and phenolic resin polymer gels and gels, formation-returned gel-like substances, volume-expanding granules, and plant gums.

Specifications

Directions for Use

1. The total concentration of the composite depolymerization agent is 2.5%–10%, with a ratio of Agent A to Agent B of 1:1.5. The depolymerization reaction is carried out at temperatures above 50°C.
2. When used for the degradation of polyacrylamide solutions and chromium gels, the concentration of the composite depolymerization agent is 2.5%–5%, and the depolymerization reaction takes 10–24 hours.
3. When used for the depolymerization of phenolic resin gels, the concentration of the composite depolymerizing agent is 5%–10%, and the depolymerization reaction time should be 1–3 days.
4. When used for the depolymerization of gel-like substances returned from the formation, the concentration of the composite depolymerizing agent is 10%, and the depolymerization reaction time should be 3 days.
5. For the depolymerization of volume-expanding particles, the concentration of the composite depolymerizing agent should be 10%, and the depolymerization reaction time should be 7 days.

Packaging Specifications

Depending on the customer’s needs, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
