Solid acid system

The solid acid system consists of release agent A and accelerator B. Agent A is an organic-inorganic compound containing multiple hydrogen ions; it is highly soluble in water and assumes a free molecular structure upon dissolution. Agent B is a hydrogen ion release accelerator that effectively promotes the ionization of Agent A at high temperatures. When Agent A and Agent B are mixed, they undergo stepwise ionization at a specific temperature, releasing hydrogen ions one by one, resulting in excellent acid etching performance against carbonates. 
On-site, Agent A can be prepared as a 30% aqueous solution and mixed with 75% Agent B in a 1:1 mass ratio; once mixed, the resulting solution is equivalent in reaction effectiveness to 15% hydrochloric acid reacting with carbonates.

Note: Once Components A and B are mixed, the solution should not be stored for an extended period. If long-term storage is necessary, it is recommended to store the solution in an acid-resistant container or to add corrosion inhibitors, iron ion stabilizers, or similar products.

Directions for Use

1. Suitable for acidizing and unblocking near-wellbore zones, dissolving carbonate rocks, and removing carbonate scale from wellbores.
2. For best results, select reservoirs with temperatures above 50°C.
3. Recommended on-site dosage: a 25% solution of Agent A (solid), while Agent B is most effective when used undiluted.
4. Agent A and Agent B should not be stored for extended periods after mixing. If long-term storage is necessary, store the mixture in an acid-resistant tank or add corrosion inhibitors, iron ion stabilizers, or similar products.
5. For field applications, it is recommended to store Agent A and Agent B separately and mix them on-site.
6. When used for removing scale from the wellbore, it is recommended to add a corrosion inhibitor.
7. A well shutdown period of 2–3 days is recommended.

Packaging Specifications

Depending on customer requirements, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
