Product Description


The foaming viscosity reducer FCS-3J is suitable for reservoirs with high mineralization (mineralization above 210,000) and is used for nitrogen foam-enhanced cold production to reduce viscosity, increase oil well production, and improve recovery rates. By leveraging the excellent viscosity-reducing, profile-adjusting, and energy-enhancing properties of nitrogen foam, this product improves the injection profile, seals large flow channels, temporarily blocks shunts with foam, expands the swept volume, reduces residual crude oil saturation, and improves oil recovery efficiency. 
The product is particularly suitable for heavy oil reservoirs with high viscosity, strong formation heterogeneity and insufficient energy, formations containing flow channels, low-water-cut heavy oil reservoirs, and reservoirs with bottom water.

Application

Suitable for foam injection and viscosity reduction in heavy oil reservoirs characterized by high viscosity, strong formation heterogeneity, and insufficient energy; reservoirs containing flow channels; low-water-content heavy oil reservoirs; and heavy oil reservoirs with bottom-water contact.

Directions for Use

1. The recommended concentration for field use is 0.5%. Inject it into the formation alternately with gas, and design the injection rates for the foaming and viscosity-reducing agent and nitrogen based on reservoir conditions.
2. The product has been used in over 300 wells across multiple oilfields in western China.

Packaging Specifications

Depending on the customer’s needs, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
