Product Description
The emulsion viscosity reducer is a uniform water-in-oil emulsion formed through high-speed shear emulsification of heavy oil penetration and diffusion agents, anionic surfactants, polymeric surfactants, composite alcohols, water, and oil-soluble viscosity reducers. The micelle particle size is uniform, with a median particle size ranging from 50 to 100 nm. The product disperses easily in water, which expands the treatment radius of the viscosity reducer while also providing greater application safety.
The product emulsifies and solubilizes crude oil, forming micelles with a particle size of less than 10 micrometers; it effectively prevents asphaltenes and other substances from clogging the pores in heavy oil.

Emulsion-Based Viscosity Reducer
Application
It is primarily used for viscosity reduction in cold production of heavy oil, viscosity reduction and de-blocking in oil reservoirs, viscosity reduction through dilution with light oil, and viscosity reduction and cold production in shallow heavy oil wells. It can reduce steam injection and withdrawal pressures and extend the production cycle.

Directions for Use
1. When reducing viscosity and clearing blockages in oil reservoirs, the emulsion viscosity reducer is typically diluted and injected into the formation in multiple stages. For the first stage, a concentration of 5%–15% is recommended, and for the second stage, a concentration of 5%–10% is recommended.
2. When used to flush out residual oil from the wellbore and tubing, prepare a 10% emulsion and circulate it.
Packaging Specifications
Depending on customer requirements, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
