Oil-based water dispersible viscosity

The FCS-OVR series of oil-based water dispersible viscosity effectively dissolves, disperses, and reduces the viscosity of asphaltenes and resins. At the same time, they have a certain pour-point-lowering effect on waxy heavy crude oil, can flush out trapped oil in the near-wellbore zone, clear near-wellbore blockages, and open up oil flow pathways. 
They are primarily used for viscosity reduction and unblocking in oil reservoirs, viscosity reduction in diluted oil, and viscosity reduction and cold production in shallow heavy oil wells, thereby reducing steam injection pressure and extending the production cycle.

Product Features

1. High flash point (>60.0°C), ensuring safe transportation. 
2. Relatively low odor, offering high safety and environmental friendliness. 
3. Rapid penetration; miscible with heavy crude oil; effective viscosity reduction. 
4. Provides some pour point depression for wax-containing heavy crude oil. 
5. Highly effective at dissolving, dispersing, and reducing the viscosity of asphaltenes and resins.

Application

It is primarily used for viscosity reduction and blockage removal in oil reservoirs, for viscosity reduction by blending with light oil, and for viscosity reduction and cold production in shallow heavy oil wells. It can reduce steam injection and withdrawal pressures and extend the production cycle.

Directions for Use

1. When used for viscosity reduction and unblocking in oil reservoirs, calculate the injection volume based on the reservoir thickness, porosity, and treatment radius.
2. When used to flush out residual oil from the wellbore and tubing, determine the amount to be used based on the volume of the wellbore and tubing; if necessary, perform 2–3 flush cycles.

Packaging Specifications

Depending on the customer’s needs, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.
