Product Description


The Oil-soluble viscosity reducer FCS-OW combines the dual functions of both water-soluble and oil-soluble viscosity reducers. Upon contact with water, it automatically emulsifies and disperses in water to form a water-in-oil emulsion, enabling the oil-soluble components to be injected deeper into the reservoir. Under reservoir conditions, the oil-soluble components separate from the emulsion and diffuse spontaneously into the heavy oil to reduce its viscosity, effectively achieving disturbance-free, power-free, and shear-free viscosity reduction with excellent self-viscosity-reduction performance. 
The product’s semi-aqueous surfactants adsorb onto the surface of heavy oil, reducing the oil-water interfacial tension and improving the flowability of heavy oil within the pores.

Application

It is primarily used for viscosity reduction and blockage removal in oil reservoirs, for viscosity reduction by blending with light oil, and for viscosity reduction and cold production in shallow heavy oil wells. It can reduce steam injection and withdrawal pressures and extend the production cycle.

Directions for Use

1. When reducing viscosity and clearing blockages in oil reservoirs, it is generally formulated into a 5%–10% emulsion and injected directly into the reservoir; the injection volume is calculated based on the reservoir thickness, porosity, and treatment radius.
2. When used to flush out residual oil from the wellbore and tubing, it is formulated into a 10% emulsion and circulated.

Packaging Specifications

Depending on the customer’s needs, the product will be packaged in ton containers or 200-kg drums and delivered by courier to the designated location by the date specified by the customer.

If the goods are in stock, delivery typically takes 5–7 days; if they are out of stock, delivery takes 10–15 days, depending on the quantity. The times listed above refer to delivery to a port in China.
