Water-soluble emulsifying viscosity reducers are formulated primarily from anionic and nonionic surfactants, combined with emulsifiers and other surfactant additives.

Water-soluble emulsifying viscosity reducers are formulated primarily from anionic and nonionic surfactants, combined with emulsifiers and other surfactant additives. Their aqueous solutions can emulsify heavy crude oil into a water-in-oil emulsion, gradually dispersing large clumps of heavy crude oil into smaller particles, thereby significantly reducing the viscosity of heavy crude oil and improving its rheological properties. The product can be used for viscosity reduction in wellbores, reservoirs, and production and transportation systems.

Instructions for Use:
Before use, conduct compatibility tests with the on-site water quality. The product can be customized to meet the specific requirements of the customer’s target block. Prepare a 1% aqueous solution and inject it into the wellbore through the casing via drip injection. The product has performed well in applications at Shengli Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, Sinopec Northwest Bureau, and Dagang Oilfield.
